I'm 70, but still active and mobile. I can still pile on 10+ miles a day and 60-80 flights of elevation gain on the cliffs and crags of the rugged Rocky Mountains.

But precisely because I'd rather be doing that, I do NOT want to be wasting countless hours checking out all the latest gear on website after website after website.
