I made 3 mistakes in this video. As for location, I said it was the Northeast corner of Canyonlands National Park. I meant to say Northwest corner. Knew it. Just misspoke. Second, I called it the it the “Grand Gallery”. That’s technically wrong. It’s the GREAT Gallery. But my biggest mistake was a confusion of terms. Thanks to @lon6101 for straightening me out. Pictographs are painted on the rock. Petroglyphs are etched via a pecking technique. I can never keep them straight and you may have heard me hesitate a bit when I started to explain the difference in the video. Got it wrong there and didn’t want to lead you astray.
