Frankly, I was astonished the first time I used Straplights. I mean, the inventor, Josh, had shown me the lights when we just happened to meet at a campsite this spring. I was impressed enough then to strike a deal with him to carry them on FalconviewOutdoors.com. But the real 2x4 over the head came when I strapped them on my own pack and headed out pre-dawn on a scouting trip. They totally blew my headlamp away, then did the same thing to my eBike's headlight. What a game changer for night hiking – or any other nighttime activity in the woods! These are sensational! You gotta get a pair. (NOTE I said get a pair. I recommend a pair rather than a single. One is enough to blow your mind, but having the pair will give you greater left/right visibility.
