Utah's Extended Archery hunt for deer ended a week ago. The elk version ends this weekend. Last week saw moose and elk, but no deer. This week, deer and moose, but no elk. Go figure!
(Left) Meanwhile Bryan and his son Brayden joined me on the mountain bright and early. Headed up in the dark at 19 degrees. (Right) Checkin' out the moose a half mile away at sunrise. Stabil-Eyes makes it easy on the eyes, and the arms.)
It was their 1st experience with Stabil-Eyes and in their words… "Better than I expected."
Both experienced hunters – especially Bryan. He thought it was a novel idea and bought one to "give it a try."
"This is a real game-changer! You can glass for as long as you want! It allows you to see more. In fact that should be your slogan," Bryan exuberantly declared, "Tell them you can 'SEE MORE!' You need to put that on a T-shirt!"
1st time Stabil-Eyes user, 16 year-old Braden is diggin' it!
Some serious bushwacking. Thank goodness the game had shown us the way. When we got off the game trail, the scrub was virtually impassable.
(Left) This fat little finch brightened the morning. Wasn't bothered by our presence a bit! (Right) You try climbing this at age 71!
