1-Year Refund

Try it for a full year. Not 30 days, 90 days, or even 180 days. Put it through its paces in all seasons and all kinds of conditions.

If at any time in that first 365 days you decide it is not for you, return it for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason or no reason.

Nothing has to break. This guarantee is not conditional on the product failing.

Lifetime Defect Guarantee

Workmanship and materials

This is in addition to the See For Yourself Guarantee. Your gear carries a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials.

If a part is ever defective, Falconview repairs or replaces it.

Long after the first year, a defect is still covered.

How to register

Registering takes a few minutes and keeps both guarantees ready if you ever need them.

  1. Register within 60 days

    Fill in the online registration form, or mail in the registration card with a copy of your receipt.

  2. Keep your proof of purchase

    You will need the date and place of purchase, and your receipt.

  3. Need to use it?

    Send your request by mail or online by the 1-year anniversary of your purchase. Email info@falconviewoutdoors.com.

The fine print

Conditions

  • RegistrationSubmit your See For Yourself Guarantee registration, by mail or online, within 60 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchaseInclude the date and location of purchase.
  • Deadline to claimSubmit your request by mail or online by the 1-year anniversary of your purchase.
  • Returning the productIt does not need to reach us by the anniversary, as long as you tell us by that date. It does need to reach Falconview no later than 30 days after the anniversary date.
  • Refund timingQualified refunds are issued within 10 business days of Falconview receiving the returned product.
  • RemedyRepair or replacement for defects or breakage, or a refund of the purchase price, is the full and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
  • Products coveredStabil-Eyes and other Falconview Outdoors made products, unless otherwise noted. Products sold here but made by other companies carry their manufacturer's standard warranty.
