Training & Appreciating at Altitude… Part 1

Training & Appreciating at Altitude… Part 1

on

The older you get, the more you need to train for whatever physical stresses you will encounter.

For me, it's time in the mountains, particularly during Fall big game hunts. Preparation starts now… and so does the exhilaration and appreciation of the privilege of enjoying the creation around you.

Join me for Part 1 of this 2-part trip into the Rockies for a beautiful, Spring morning training hike…

I'll take you up American Fork Canyon in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah, where you'll see stunning vistas and captivating wildlife.
